We know that statistic grieves God’s heart, and it grieves us too. It also compels us to intentionally minister to 18-25 year olds through a group we call “Horizon” — the name a reference to the whole world that is in front of young adults and the opportunity for faith to be at the center of it all.

WHEN DO WE MEET? Horizon meets each Monday night at 6:30pm at the Portage Campus, down in the Lower Level.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

For everyone at this age, life is some combination of new, difficult, exciting, and confusing, and we are committed to journeying with young adults through all of it. We know that navigating this strange world requires a strong worldview and strong relationships with others. That is why our mission within Horizon is simple: to connect young adults to God’s truth and to each other.

In this group, we wrestle with doubts and with difficult questions. We remind ourselves of God’s truth as presented in His Word. We gather. We talk. We eat together. We pray together. And of course we play together.

If you are a young adult (18-25) and any of that sounds good to you, we invite you to come to check us out!
We meet at The Bridge Portage campus on Monday nights (starting with dinner at 6:30pm) until whenever people feel like heading home. We share a meal, connect both in a small group and large group type setting - and of course - leave plenty of time for fun! Our weekly Horizon Ministry schedule runs from September through May. During the summer our typical format and schedule changes a bit so be sure to connect with our leaders for updates.
